The Festival de l'Érable promotes maple products, our regional gem. All weekend long, the mouthwatering aroma will arouse your sense of smell. Our maple producers will help you discover the world of maple products from past to present. Come taste our new menu composed of traditional recipes, which harmonize perfectly the sweet taste of maple in a simplified gastronomy. Many merchants and chefs will demonstrate the various uses of maple and other regional products. A roasting spit Saturday night and a brunch Sunday morning will be available to satisfy your apetite. Quality concerts are also available nightly and ATV races and tractors pulling contests are back again this year. Finally, don't miss the popular sugar toffee on snow Sunday afternoon in a family atmosphere, with childrens entertainment.
