Soft, Half-hard or Hard Cheeses?
Fromage Côté limité, a Saputo inc. subsidiary since 2005, was founded in 1976. Nowadays, the business produces, markets and distributes different kinds of fresh cheeses across Quebec. Several cheeses, of which the Triple Crème and the Cantonnier, recently won awards. The cheese factory also offers round and curd cheddar as well as soft Brie and Camembert-type cheese, half-hard cheese such as the Vacherin and hard Swiss-type cheese. The company distributes under five different banners: Héritage Jules Roiseux, DuVillage de Warwick, Sir Laurier d'Arthabaska, Kingsey and Princesse.
