Saint-Valère

A Land for Agriculture

The village of Saint-Valère is a suburb of Victoriaville located only 10 kilometres from this important city of the Centre-du-Québec region. The first settlers established on the territory in 1835 and soon after, they started to clear the land to then plough and cultivate it. The abundant harvests proved them that they made a good decision in choosing this region as their land.

Nowadays, in addition to be home to 1,500 inhabitants, this village is, of course, home to many farms, but also large manufacture companies. This proves that the country can be modern on a 100 km2 territory.
