Warwick

Warwick

A small agricultural and industrial town, Warwick has won the « Village fleuri du Québec » (Quebec’s in bloom village) prize more than once. You will be charmed by its beautiful gardens, its sundial, its covered bridge, its ski resort and its beautiful residences, as well as by its Festival des fromages. Take the time to visit the Maison d’école du rang Cinq-Chicots, a wooden school built in 1903, which welcomed children until 1959. Now turned into an interpretation center, this old school will present you with Miss Hermine Faucher, the school’s first teacher. She will invite you to discover the catechism, her good conduct certificate, her bedroom and her teaching aids.
