The Fromagerie L'Ancêtre was founded 15 years ago, in 1992, by milk producers. What differentiates this factory from others is its traditional production of organic cheese and butter, but made with today's technology. Moreover, the window allows visitors to follow the fabrication of the products, which they can buy later. The cheese factory also produces organic cheddar made with organic raw milk, as well as specialties from other cheese factories. It is also possible to have a wine and cheese tasting, or an ice cream cone.
