Good Old Beef!
In addition to its bronze museums and foundries, Inverness is also a great beef producer. In that case, it's no surprise to notice that a beef festival was created here in 1981. Visitors can attend the crowning of the festival queen and walk in the street parade. On top of that, a rodeo, horse pulling and braised or smoked beef dinner await you. Many artists will perform on stage.
